Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to one-time program fees paid to Digital Blinc Technologies (“DBERT”, “we”) through our payment gateway (Easebuzz). All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). It covers:
- Incubation — ₹3,297 (one-time, 3 months)
- Training & Courses — ₹4,999 (one-time, 3 months)
- 3-Day Workshop — ₹99 (per domain)
- 15-Day Fundamentals — ₹299 (per domain)
The Internship program is enrolled and governed separately on the DBERT Internship Portal and is not covered by this page.
2. Cancellation & Refund Window
For Incubation and Training & Courses, you may cancel and request a refund of the program fee (less actual payment-gateway charges) within 7 calendar days of payment, provided that all of the following are true:
- the batch / program has not yet started; and
- you have not attended any live session; and
- you have not accessed or downloaded any paid learning material or recordings.
Whichever happens first — the end of the 7-day window, the batch start date, or your first access to paid content — closes the refund window.
3. After the Window / After Access
Once the batch has started, a live session has been attended, or any paid content has been accessed, the program fee is non-refundable, as seats are allocated and digital content is released at that point. Pro-rata or partial refunds are not provided for non-attendance, drop-out, or change of mind after the program begins.
4. Quick Skill Boosters (₹99 Workshop & ₹299 Fundamentals)
Because of their low cost and short duration, the 3-Day Workshop and 15-Day Fundamentals are non-refundable once your batch is confirmed. If you cancel before the batch is confirmed, you receive a full refund (less actual payment-gateway charges).
5. If DBERT Cancels or Reschedules
If we cancel a batch, or are unable to deliver a program you paid for, you may choose either a full refund or a free transfer to the next available batch.
6. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same enrolment, or an amount is debited without a successful enrolment, the extra/failed amount is refunded in full to the original payment method.
7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email us (or message us on WhatsApp) with your name, registered phone/email, the program, and your Easebuzz transaction ID. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to reflect the credit.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund is provided where there has been a breach of our Terms & Conditions or code of conduct, sharing or redistribution of paid content, or a fraudulent chargeback.
10. Changes to this Policy
