Digital Blinc Technologies is a Micro Enterprise registered under the Government of India's MSME scheme, incorporated on 01 November 2023. We operate the DBERT platform — offering AI-focused courses, internships, and incubation programmes across four domains: AI Agent Development, Full Stack Development with Generative AI, Python Automation, and Data Analytics.

02 Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Full Name — required when interacting with Gayatri AI Advisor or submitting enquiry forms
• Email Address — used for communications, programme updates, and confirmations
• Phone Number — used for follow-up support and batch communications
• Academic / Professional Background — shared conversationally with Gayatri to personalise programme recommendations
• Payment Information — processed exclusively by EasyBuzz (our payment gateway); we do not store card or banking details

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and device information
• Pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, and click events (via Google Analytics 4)
• Referral source, UTM parameters, and session data
• GA4 custom events: CTA clicks, section visibility, chat opens, programme card interactions

03 How We Collect Data

• Gayatri Chat Widget — Name, Email, and Phone are collected via pre-chat form before conversation begins, then forwarded to our AI API at api.dbert.online/chat
• Enrolment / Contact Forms — any form submission on DBERT properties or sub-domains
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — automatically tracks behavioural events via cookies and browser storage
• EasyBuzz Payment Gateway — payment data is handled on EasyBuzz's PCI-DSS compliant servers; we receive only transaction confirmation metadata

• To respond to enquiries and provide guidance via Gayatri AI Advisor
• To process enrolments and send confirmation, invoices, and access credentials
• To personalise your experience on dbert.online and sub-domains
• To send important updates about your programme, batch schedule, and assessments
• To improve our website and optimise conversion flows using GA4 analytics data
• To comply with legal obligations including tax records under the Income Tax Act, 1961
• To contact you about new programmes or announcements (you may opt out at any time)

05 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• EasyBuzz (Payment Gateway) — Name and email shared for transaction processing
• Google LLC (Analytics) — Anonymised behavioural data under GA4's data processing agreement
• AWS EC2 (AI Inference) — Conversation data (name, email, phone, chat messages) is transmitted to our private EC2 instance at https://api.dbert.online/chat
• Legal Compliance — Disclosed if required by Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority
• Business Transfer — In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may transfer with 30-day prior notice

07 Gayatri AI Advisor

Gayatri is DBERT's AI-powered chat advisor. Before initiating a conversation, Gayatri collects your Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. This information is:

• Transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our private AI inference API at https://api.dbert.online/chat
• Used to personalise programme recommendations and follow up on your enquiry
• Stored in our secure internal CRM for lead management purposes
• Never shared with third-party marketing platforms without your explicit consent

Conversation history may be reviewed by our team for quality improvement. By starting a chat, you consent to this data processing and transmission to our AI service.

08 Data Retention

• Enquiry / chat data — 2 years from the date of last interaction
• Enrolled student data — 7 years for tax and compliance records
• Google Analytics data — 14 months (GA4 default retention setting)
• Payment records — 8 years as required under the Income Tax Act, 1961

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

09 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption on all DBERT web properties and sub-domains
• Secure HTTPS API calls to our AWS EC2 AI inference endpoint
• Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only
• Regular security reviews and dependency updates

While we take every reasonable precaution, no internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable Indian law.

10 Your Rights

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements

Our programmes are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
